১. শিপিং এলাকা
PickKori বর্তমানে বাংলাদেশের ভেতরে শিপিং সেবা প্রদান করে। ভবিষ্যতে প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী আন্তর্জাতিক শিপিং চালু করা হতে পারে।

২. অর্ডার প্রসেসিং সময়
অর্ডার কনফার্ম হওয়ার পর সাধারণত ১–২ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে অর্ডার প্রসেস করা হয়।

৩. ডেলিভারি সময়
– ঢাকা শহরের ভেতরে: আনুমানিক ২–৩ কার্যদিবস
– ঢাকার বাইরে: আনুমানিক ৩–৫ কার্যদিবস
ডেলিভারি সময় স্থান ও পরিস্থিতি অনুযায়ী পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।

৪. শিপিং চার্জ
শিপিং চার্জ পণ্যের ধরন, ওজন এবং ডেলিভারি লোকেশনের উপর নির্ভর করে নির্ধারিত হয়। চেকআউট পেজে চূড়ান্ত শিপিং চার্জ দেখানো হবে।

৫. ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (যদি প্রযোজ্য হয়)
কিছু নির্দিষ্ট এলাকায় ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি সুবিধা প্রদান করা হতে পারে।

৬. ডেলিভারি বিলম্ব
প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ, সরকারি ছুটি বা অনিবার্য কারণে ডেলিভারিতে বিলম্ব হতে পারে। এ ক্ষেত্রে আমরা যথাসম্ভব দ্রুত ডেলিভারি সম্পন্ন করার চেষ্টা করবো।

ডেলিভারি গ্রহণের সময় অনুগ্রহ করে পণ্য যাচাই করে নিন। কোনো সমস্যা থাকলে দ্রুত আমাদের জানাতে হবে।
