PickKori-তে কেনাকাটার জন্য আপনাকে ধন্যবাদ। আমাদের লক্ষ্য হলো গ্রাহকদের জন্য একটি স্বচ্ছ ও ন্যায্য রিফান্ড ও রিটার্ন নীতিমালা নিশ্চিত করা।

১. সাধারণ নীতি
PickKori একটি ই-কমার্স প্ল্যাটফর্ম যেখানে ডিজিটাল (ডাউনলোডেবল) এবং ফিজিক্যাল উভয় ধরনের পণ্য বিক্রি করা হয়। পণ্যের ধরন অনুযায়ী রিফান্ড ও রিটার্ন নীতিমালা ভিন্ন হতে পারে।

২. ডাউনলোডেবল ডিজিটাল প্রোডাক্ট
ডিজিটাল বা ডাউনলোডেবল প্রোডাক্ট একবার ক্রয় ও ডাউনলোড অ্যাক্সেস প্রদান করা হলে সাধারণত রিফান্ড বা রিটার্ন প্রযোজ্য নয়।
তবে নিচের ক্ষেত্রে আমরা বিষয়টি বিবেচনা করতে পারি:
– ভুল প্রোডাক্ট প্রদান করা হলে
– ফাইল সম্পূর্ণভাবে কাজ না করলে এবং সমাধান দেওয়া সম্ভব না হলে

৩. ফিজিক্যাল প্রোডাক্ট রিটার্ন
ফিজিক্যাল পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে নিম্নোক্ত শর্তে রিটার্ন গ্রহণ করা হতে পারে:
– পণ্য ডেলিভারির ৩ দিনের মধ্যে আমাদের জানাতে হবে
– পণ্য অব্যবহৃত ও মূল প্যাকেজিং অবস্থায় থাকতে হবে
– ড্যামেজড, ভুল বা ত্রুটিপূর্ণ পণ্য হলে

৪. রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া
রিটার্ন অনুমোদিত হলে:
– রিফান্ড ৭–১০ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে প্রসেস করা হবে
– রিফান্ড মূল পেমেন্ট মাধ্যমেই প্রদান করা হবে

৫. রিটার্ন গ্রহণযোগ্য নয় এমন পণ্য
নিম্নোক্ত ক্ষেত্রে রিটার্ন বা রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য নয়:
– ব্যবহৃত বা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্য
– কাস্টম বা স্পেশাল অর্ডার পণ্য
– ডাউনলোড সম্পন্ন হওয়া ডিজিটাল প্রোডাক্ট (উপরে উল্লিখিত ব্যতিক্রম ছাড়া)

৬. শিপিং খরচ
রিটার্নের ক্ষেত্রে শিপিং খরচ গ্রাহক বহন করবেন, যদি না পণ্যটি PickKori-এর ত্রুটির কারণে ভুল বা ড্যামেজড হয়ে থাকে।

৭. নীতিমালা পরিবর্তন
PickKori যেকোনো সময় এই Refund & Return Policy পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার রাখে। পরিবর্তিত নীতিমালা এই পেজে আপডেট করা হবে।

Thank you for shopping with PickKori. Our goal is to provide a fair and transparent refund and return policy for our customers.

1. General Policy
PickKori is an e-commerce platform that sells both downloadable digital products and physical products. Refund and return policies may vary depending on the product type.

2. Downloadable Digital Products
Once a digital or downloadable product has been purchased and download access is provided, refunds are generally not applicable.
However, we may review refund requests in the following cases:
– Incorrect product delivery
– File not working and no possible solution is available

3. Physical Product Returns
Physical products may be eligible for return under the following conditions:
– Return request must be made within 3 days of delivery
– Product must be unused and in original packaging
– Product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

4. Refund Process
If a return is approved:
– Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
– Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
– Used or damaged products
– Custom or special-order items
